PLease Please Take A Look At Hijack Log

Do you see anything amiss? I am able to remove it with Ad-aware, but the next time I open Internet Explorer the insidious evilware re-installs itself.   I downloaded HiJackThis and have pasted the log. Then after the system has been on a few minutes things seem to get quiet. This process could take a while. Check This Out
